LexiBox® FAQ

The LexiBox® main unit does not turn on. What should I do?

  • Check your adaptor and ensure that it is properly connected to the power outlet.
  • Press the power button (7) long enough to turn on the unit.

The size of the image does not correspond to that of my television set screen

  • Go to the parental controls home page.
  • Select “Settings” and then “System Settings”.
  • Select “Screen”.
  • Select “Screen Size”.

Nothing appears on my TV set

  • Check whether the HDMI cable is properly connected to both the Lexibox® and your television set.
  • Check the input source of the television set and ensure that you have selected the input source that corresponds to the HDMI port when connecting the television set.

The image is displayed but there is no sound

  • Check the input source of the television set and ensure that you have selected the input source that corresponds to the HDMI port when connecting the television set.
  • Check the volume in the system settings and ensure that the audio output is not disabled.

Impossible to connect to Wi-Fi

  • Check your home Wi-Fi connection and enter the correct password.

I have forgotten the parental controls password

  • Please enter super password “612749” to access your account.

Impossible to access the LexiBox® Market

  • Go to the parental controls home page.
  • Check whether the Wi-Fi connection is activated and connected to a stable network. If Wi-Fi is connected, please check the status of your account.

Impossible to open the files saved on my USB key / SD card

  • Check whether the format of the files is compatible with the LexiBox® (see details in the user’s manual).

I downloaded an application from the LexiBox® Market, but it cannot be located via the children's interface

  • In order for any new application to be accessible to your child, you must first connect to the parental controls and authorise the application for each desired profile in the “Applications Management” section.

The wireless controller does not turn on

  • Check whether the batteries are used and ensure that the 3 batteries are fully charged and correctly inserted according to the diagram.
  • Press the wireless controller power button (13) to turn it on.

The wireless controller does not pair with the unit

  • Please check whether the controller batteries are used.
    If the batteries are charged and correctly inserted, please connect a mouse via the USB port (3) to your Lexibox:
  • Go to the “Bluetooth” section in the Settings.
  • Ensure that “Bluetooth” is activated.
  • Turn it back on if this is already the case.
  • Also try to disconnect already connected peripherals.
  • Switch off and then restart the main unit if it is still not working properly.
